PTSO萃取色谱法分离无火焰原子吸收光谱法测定矿石中痕量金

本文利用新型高选择性萃取剂二-对-甲苯基亚砜(PTSO)为固定相,100~140目硅球为载体,反相萃取柱色层法分离矿石中痕量金,再用无火焰石墨炉原子吸收吸光光度法进行测定。对有淋洗液(盐酸-硫脲)存在下,石墨炉原子吸收测定痕量金的最佳条件进行了探讨。试验证明,PTSO反相萃取柱色层法至少可富集300ng金(限于测定方法)。用稀释法及标准加入法测定了矿石中痕量金,结果满意。用此法最低测定了0.0097克金·吨~(-1)。
