心律失常是心血管疾病中的常见病症,严重威胁人类的健康.目前针对心律失常的治疗方法颇多,由于心律失常发生机制的复杂性以及认识的局限性,总体疗效仍不理想.近年SCN10A基因编码的电压门控性钠通道Nav1.8备受关注,越来越多的学者发现应用A-803467特异性阻断Nav1.8,可能通过抑制心脏自主神经,改善心脏电重构,与Nav1.5相互作用改变心肌的电生理特性等途径,在心律失常中发挥着重要作用,为心律失常的治疗提供了新的思路.“,”Arrhythmia is a common disorder of cardiovascular disease threatening seriously the human health .At present,although there are many methods of anti-arrhythmic therapy ,the overall efficiency is still not ideal due to insufficient understanding of the complicated mechanism in arrhythmia.Recently,increased attention has been paid to voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.8 encoded by gene of SCN10A. Nav1.8 has been proven to play an important role in arrhythmia via specific blocking Nav 1.8 with A-803467,which may suppress cardiac autonomic nerve activity,inhibit cardiac electrical remodeling ,change myocardial electrophysiological properties interaction with Nav 1.5. Therefore,a new idea for the treatment of arrhythmia is inspired basing on the studies of Nav 1.8.
