为了提高母乳喂养成功,在实习中展开泌乳生理和母乳喂养有关问题的管理教学。科普知识的宣传,深入社区进行新生儿访视并展开病历讨论,通过问诊观察泌乳过程是实习的重要步骤。此教学在正常新生儿实习轮训中有助于学生应用所学的知识,并可增进其临床责任,提高母乳喂养的认识。 In order to improve the success of breastfeeding, we started the practice teaching on the topics of lactation physiology and breastfeeding. Popularization of popular science knowledge, in-depth community visits for newborns and discussion of medical records, observation of lactation through interrogation is an important step in internship. This teaching helps students to apply what they have learned in regular neonatal traineeships and enhances their clinical responsibility to raise awareness of breastfeeding.
