MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in the development, invasion, metastasis and recurrence of cervical cancer and are closely related to their prognosis. It can stably exist in specimens such as tissue, serum and plasma. It can promote the apoptosis of cervical cancer cells by regulating target genes and change the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to drugs and radiation. This makes mi RNA expected to become a Cervical cancer clinics are closely related to the new molecular markers. The latest research progress of miRNA in early molecular diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cervical cancer is reviewed.
