新建本科院校的转型发展要求外语专业教师向“双师型”教师转型。实地调研的结果表明与国内外先进的“双师型”教师培养模式相比,广西新建本科院校“双师型”外语教师培养在职业发展规划和培养模式选用这两方面缺乏系统性。以合理的“双师”素质定位和职业发展规划为前提的4P培养模式有利于促进外语教师的转型发展。
The transformation and development of newly-built undergraduate colleges require foreign language teachers to transform to “double-teacher” teachers. The results of the field survey show that compared with the advanced “double-teacher” teacher training model at home and abroad, there is a lack of training in new-built undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangxi in terms of career development planning and training mode selection Systematic.
