通过酶联免疫法测定了雷竹 (Phyllostachyspraecox)地下鞭侧芽内源激素的动态变化。在 1a生鞭中生长促进激素 (IAA ,ZT ,iPA)具相似的月波动规律 ,而与ABA变化规律相反 ;未覆盖 1a生鞭梢部侧芽的生长促进激素 3月份快速增长 ,比其基部侧芽早 1个月形成高峰值 ;覆盖后 1a生鞭基部侧芽同样比对照基部早 1个月形成生长促进激素。 7月份 ,ZT、iPA在 1a生鞭侧芽内含量较低 ,IAA则相对较高 ,ABA在鞭基部侧芽具较高的含量 ,而在鞭梢部具较低的含量。因此 ,生长素 脱落酸与芽的萌动有关 ,产鞭与产笋则与细胞分裂素 脱落酸有关。并探讨了覆盖提早出笋的生物学机理
The dynamic changes of endogenous hormones in the rhizome of Phyllostachys praecox were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The growth-promoting hormones (IAA, ZT, iPA) in 1a whip had similar monthly fluctuations but contrary to the ABA variation.
