本文概要地总结了我们近年观测过的若干Fe-B基和Fe-Co-B-Si基非晶态合金的晶化行为,主要是成分对晶化温度T_(cr)和晶化激活能△E的影响.合金样品是宽1-2mm,厚30—50μm的液淬带.用差值扫描量热计(DSC)获得:(1)Fe-(100-x)B_x系的T_(cr)和△E都在x=16时出现最大值;(2)在所观测的几个合金系中凡过渡元素总含量的变化能使每原子的平均外层电子数减少的,T_(cr)和△E就随着上升.并依据近年被承认的理论模型作了讨论.
This paper summarizes the crystallization behavior of some Fe-B-based and Fe-Co-B-Si-based amorphous alloys we observed in recent years, which are mainly the effects of composition on crystallization temperature T cr and crystallization activation energy Δ E was obtained.The alloy samples were liquid quenched with a width of 1-2mm and a thickness of 30-50μm.The difference of T_cr of the Fe- (100-x) B_x system was obtained by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) And △ E all reach the maximum value at x = 16; (2) The variation of the total content of transition elements in the observed alloys decreases the average outer electron number per atom, T cr and △ E rises with the rise, and is based on theoretical models that have been acknowledged in recent years.
