目的:建立一种简便、有效的原子荧光法测定尿中汞含量的方法。方法:王水水浴消解尿样,用原子荧光法进行汞含量测定。结果:测定范围在0μg/L~10μg/L有良好的线性关系,r=0.9993,最低检出限0.011μg/L;精密度试验2份不同浓度尿样的RSD分别为3.63﹪和3.16﹪;不同浓度的汞标准回收率试验在95.9%~104.0%之间。结论:该法的准确度、精密度、检出限能满足尿中汞定量分析要求,是快速、简便、准确可靠的尿汞检测方法,还可胜任大批量样品的检测工作。
Objective: To establish a simple and effective method for the determination of mercury in urine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: Wang water digestion of urine samples, mercury determination by atomic fluorescence method. Results: The calibration curve ranged from 0μg / L to 10μg / L with a good linear relationship (r = 0.9993, the minimum detectable limit was 0.011μg / L). The RSDs of two urine samples with different concentrations were 3.63% and 3.16% Different concentrations of mercury standard recovery test between 95.9% ~ 104.0%. Conclusion: The accuracy, precision and detection limit of this method can meet the requirement of urinary mercury quantitative analysis. It is a rapid, simple, accurate and reliable method for detecting urinary mercury. It is also capable of testing large quantities of samples.
