本研究通过对中国传媒大学2012至2014届本科毕业生就业意向进行问卷调查与分析,总结传媒类专业大学生在职业取向方面表现出的行业倾向明显、注重行业发展与自我实现等特点,及其心态积极、注重实习实践等就业心理状态。结合社会环境及行业发展,从社会、高校、个人三个层面探讨影响传媒类专业大学生职业取向与就业心理的因素,并提出完善政策、营造舆论、重视培养、加强宣传等调整对策和建议。
In this study, a questionnaire survey and analysis of employment intentions of undergraduates from 2012 to 2014 at Communication University of China were conducted to conclude that the professional tendency of media-oriented undergraduates is obvious in their professional orientation, focusing on the characteristics of industry development and self-realization and their mentality Positive, pay attention to internship practice employment psychology. Combining with the development of the social environment and industry, this paper explores the factors influencing career orientation and employment psychology of media majors from three levels of society, colleges and universities and individuals, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving policies, creating public opinion, attaching importance to training and strengthening publicity.
