放射治疗是恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,随着其应用的日益广泛,人们在注重疗效的同时,也更加关注射线所导致的不良反应。在进行恶性肿瘤的放射治疗时,往往更多的是观察其对血常规的影响,是否发生放射性胃肠炎、肺炎和皮肤损伤,而忽略了其对骨组织的影响。有关放射性骨损伤的研究结果指出,骨组织受到射线照射后出现(临床发现)骨损伤的时间为2.4~10.0年[1]。Schmeler等[2]研究发现骨组 Radiation therapy is one of the important means of malignant tumor treatment.
