进一步改善拉削过程的一个方向就是将切削速度提高到20~50米/分,并采用硬质合金拉刀。但是由于现有拉床的切削速度范围不够广泛(一般为0.5~12米/分),因而限制了高速拉削的应用。为了提高切削速度,对7A540卧式拉床进行了改进,在该机床上加工汽轮机叶片切口,由于缩小了液压缸和活塞的直径,得以将切削速度上限提高到30米/分,用此拉床进行了各种比较试验,其中包括:切削力、每对叶片中的应力、用P18高速钢拉刀拉削(V=1.5米/分)
To further improve the broaching process in one direction is to increase the cutting speed to 20 ~ 50 m / min, and the use of carbide broach. However, the application of high-speed broaching has been limited due to the fact that the broaching speed of the existing broaching machine is not wide enough (typically 0.5 to 12 m / min).
