自发性膈疝少见,我院确诊1例,现报道如下:患者,27岁,男性,3天前因搬运石头时,突感胸闷不适,稍气促,继而感到吞咽困难,进食即吐。无咳嗽,咳痰。腹平软,一般情况尚可。Ｔ37.5℃,Ｐ110次/分,Ｒ25次/分,ＢＰ15/10ｋＰａ;实验室检查:ＲＢＣ4.56×1012/ｌ,ＷＢＣ7.5×109/ｌ;胸部透视
Spontaneous diaphragmatic hernia is rare, our hospital diagnosed in 1 case, are reported as follows: The patient, 27 years old, male, three days ago due to handling stones, suddenly felt chest discomfort, a little breath, and then feel swallowing difficulty eating vomit. No cough, sputum. Abdomen soft, the general situation is acceptable. T37.5 ℃, P110 beats / min, R25 beats / min, BP15 / 10kPa; laboratory tests: RBC4.56 × 1012 / l, WBC7.5 × 109 / l; chest fluoroscopy
