[目的]观察消风散对I型超敏反应模型大鼠5-羟色胺及P物质影响与顺尔宁等效性。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40只清洁级SD大鼠[雌雄各半,体重(146±20g),鼠龄4~5周]编号按随机数字表方法随机分为4组,10只/组。使用卵蛋白法复制Ⅰ型超敏反应模型。造模后立即连续灌胃干预14d;空白组和模型组大鼠:生理盐水2m L/只·d-1;顺尔宁组:顺尔宁2m L/只·d-1;消风散组:消风散2m L/只·d-1[给药量=大鼠体重(按0.2kg计算)/人体重(按70kg计算)×6.3倍人体给药量,每周大鼠称重一次,按照体重换算灌胃量]。观测大鼠搔抓次数、五羟色胺及P物质水平(ELISA法测定)。[结果]血清5-羟色胺及P物质含量消风散组和顺尔宁组均显著低于模型组大鼠(P<0.01),消风散组和顺尔宁组无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]消风散具有降低I型超敏反应模型大鼠血清5—羟色胺及P物质含量作用,与顺尔宁具有等效性。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaofeng powder on serotonin and substance P in rats with type I hypersensitivity and the equivalence of sorentine. [Methods] Forty clean SD rats [male and female, weight 146 ± 20g, age 4 ~ 5 weeks] were randomly divided into 4 groups according to random number table method, 10 /group. Type Ⅰ hypersensitivity model was replicated using ovalbumin. Rats in the blank group and the model group were treated with normal saline (2m L / d · d-1), while those with Shunruning (2m L / d · d-1) : Xiaofeng San 2m L / only · d-1 [Dosing amount = rat body weight (calculated according to 0.2kg) / body weight (calculated according to 70kg) × 6.3 times the human dose, weighing the rats once a week, Calculated according to weight gavage]. The number of rat scratches, serotonin and substance P levels were measured (ELISA method). [Results] Serum levels of serotonin and substance P in Xiaofeng powder group and Shunrunning group were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between Xiaofus powder group and Shunrunning group (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Xiaofeng San has the effect of reducing the content of serum serotonin and substance P in rat model of type I hypersensitivity, which is equivalent to that of.
