从钒铬结构型态出发,结合近年来两元素的研究成果,对它们在糖、脂和胆固醇代谢中的作用机理进行了对比研究。结果表明:钒和铬均具有胰岛素样作用,铬发挥胰岛素样作用必须有胰岛素存在,而钒则不需要胰岛素介导,在加速葡萄糖利用方面,两元素对糖代谢中酶系也不相同;钒和铬均可影响脂代谢和胆固醇的代谢,作用效果相似,但铬似乎主要作用于与胆固醇酯形成有关的酶,而钒则作用于参与胆固醇合成的酶系。当人体钒铬缺乏时,会导致体内糖、脂和胆固醇代谢紊乱,诱发各种疾病,适当地补充钒和铬可以缓解有关症状。
Based on the vanadium-chromium structure and the research results of two elements in recent years, the mechanism of their action in the metabolism of sugar, fat and cholesterol were studied. In terms of accelerating the utilization of glucose, the two enzymes were also different in sugar metabolism; Both chromium and chrome can affect lipid metabolism and cholesterol metabolism with similar effects, but chromium appears to act primarily on enzymes involved in cholesterol ester formation, whereas vanadium acts on enzymes involved in cholesterol synthesis. When the human body is deficient in vanadium and chromium, the body can cause metabolic disorders of sugar, fat and cholesterol, induce various diseases, and appropriate supplementation of vanadium and chromium can alleviate the symptoms.
