采用自行设计的交流电法测定装置及优化的测定条件对几种离子交换膜的面电阻(Ra)进行了测定,并考察了其影响因素.结果表明,优化的测定条件为电导池电极间距10mm、极室直径20mm,测定电压频率为100.0kHz、电压为100mV.JAM和JCM系列膜的Ra与含水量呈负相关,阴膜RXAM和阳膜RXCM的Ra受溶液中反离子种类影响较大,受同离子影响较小,而双极膜RXBM的Ra则同时受溶液中阴离子和阳离子种类的影响;当溶液浓度低于0.5mol/L时,Ra随溶液浓度升高而明显降低,高于1.0mol/L以上时较稳定.
The surface resistance (Ra) of several kinds of ion-exchange membranes was measured and the influencing factors were investigated by using the self-designed AC measuring apparatus and the optimized measuring conditions.The results showed that the optimal measuring conditions were the electrode spacing of 10mm, The diameter of the polar chamber is 20mm, the voltage frequency is 100.0kHz and the voltage is 100mV. The Ra of the films of JAM and JCM are negatively correlated with the water content. The Ra of RXAM and the RXCM of the positive film is greatly influenced by the counter ions in the solution. With the ion concentration of less than 0.5mol / L, the concentration of Ra decreases significantly with the concentration of the solution, higher than 1.0mol / L more stable.
