所有质量是由过程完成的，过程质量决定着输出质量。在职工程硕士教育的过程管理是否科学、合理、有效直接关系到管理质量的优劣，而管理质量又决定着在职工程硕士教育的培养质量。本文结合在职工程硕士的特殊性，阐述运用“PDCA循环法”对在职工程硕士培养组织的过程管理，有助于提高对在职工程硕士教育管理过程的系统性，形成了正确的价值导向，构建在职工程硕士教育过程管理的质量管理体系。“,”All the quality is composed of process, process quality determines the output quality. Process management education project is scientific, reasonable, effective is directly related to the management of quality, and management quality decides the training quality of master education in engineering. In this paper, combines with specification of on-the-job master of engineering, this paper introduces the application of“PDCA method”of training process management organization of in-service engineering master, help to improve the system of master education in engineering management process, form the correct value orientation, master of education in engineering construction process quality management system.
