目的分析妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)对母婴结局的影响。方法统计2002年1月至2007年12月间住院的妊娠期高血压疾病2267例,并随机抽取同期非妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇2267例作为对照,观察孕产妇合并症及产后康复情况和围生儿健康情况。结果2267例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇合并症发生率82.1%,对照组合并症发生率8.2%,差异有统计学意义。妊娠期高血压疾病组围生儿死胎、早产、窒息、畸胎、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿死亡等方面均明显比对照组严重。结论妊娠期高血压疾病可致母婴不良结局,应引起临床重视。
Objective To analyze the effect of HDP on maternal and infant outcomes. Methods Totally 2267 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were collected from January 2002 to December 2007 and 2267 pregnant women with non-hypertensive disorder during the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The complications of maternal complications, postpartum rehabilitation and perinatal recovery were observed. Children’s health. Results The incidence of complications in 2267 pregnant women with gestational hypertension was 82.1% in pregnant women and 8.2% in controls. The difference was statistically significant. Gestational hypertension group of stillbirths, premature birth, asphyxia, teratogenesis, fetal distress, neonatal death were significantly more serious than the control group. Conclusions Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy can lead to maternal and infant adverse outcomes, which should arouse clinical importance.
