通过对淀粉进行氧化改性,研究了氧化淀粉对以聚乙烯醇为基体的去污膜相关性能的影响。红外光谱分析表明,氧化淀粉在1733cm-1处有羧基吸收峰产生,10%氧化淀粉制备的去污液稳定时间可达到1673h,去污膜拉伸强度为29.32MPa,断裂伸长率为238%,在400~800nm波长范围内透光率可达到85%以上,对不同材质样片的平均去污率可达80%以上。
By oxidative modification of starch, the effect of oxidized starch on the performance of decontamination membrane based on polyvinyl alcohol was studied. Infrared spectrum analysis showed that the oxidized starch had a carboxyl absorption peak at 1733cm-1, the stability time of the de-oiled liquid prepared by 10% oxidized starch reached 1673h, the tensile strength of the decontamination membrane was 29.32MPa and the elongation at break was 238% , In the wavelength range of 400 ~ 800nm can reach more than 85% transmittance, the average material removal rate of different materials up to 80%.
