在乙醇-水介质中,经60℃水浴加热合成了三种稀土固体配合物。对其进行络合滴定、摩尔电导、元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重-差热分析等测试,推测其化学组成为[Re(L-leu)3Phen]Cl3.nH2O,并对配合物进行大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌性质的测试;结果表明:LaCl3,CeCl3,ErCl3和L-亮氨酸没有抑菌效果,邻菲啰啉与三元稀土配合物对这三种菌都具有抑菌效果,但是三元稀土配合物的抑菌效果明显强于邻菲啰啉,而且对大肠杆菌抑菌效果更好。
Three kinds of rare earth solid complexes were synthesized by heating in water bath at 60 ℃ in ethanol-water medium. The chemical composition of [Re (L-leu) 3Phen] Cl3.nH2O was determined by complexometric titration, molar conductance, elemental analysis, ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum and TG-DTA analysis. The antibacterial properties of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were tested. The results showed that LaCl3, CeCl3, ErCl3 and L-leucine had no bacteriostasis effect. The antibacterial activities of phenanthroline and ternary rare- The kinds of bacteria have bacteriostatic effect, but the ternary rare earth complexes antibacterial effect was significantly stronger than phenanthroline, but also better bacteriostatic effect on E. coli.
