目的对某扫描仪生产线作业场所存在的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据国家相关标准,采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查和评价表法等方法对该项目进行评价。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、异丙醇、丙酮、二氧化锡、铜烟、紫外线、激光、噪声和电磁辐射。检测结果表明,除马达平衡岗位噪声〔89 dB(A)〕超标外,其他岗位噪声和各毒物工作场所浓度检测结果均符合国家标准,紫外线强度在关门状态时(正常情况下门处于关闭状态)强度远低于国家标准,说明所采取的防护措施是有效的。电磁辐射、激光的检测结果远低于国家标准。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效,但需加强对噪声、有机溶剂等职业病危害因素的控制措施。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards existing in the workplace of a scanner. Methods According to relevant national standards, the project was evaluated by on-site occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing, occupational health examination and evaluation table method. Results The main occupational hazards of the project were acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, isopropanol, acetone, tin dioxide, copper smoke, UV, laser, noise and electromagnetic radiation. The test results show that except for motor balance post noise (89 dB (A)) exceeding the standard, the other post noise and toxic workplace concentration test results are in line with national standards, the UV intensity in the closed state (under normal circumstances the door is closed) The strength is much lower than the national standard, indicating that the protective measures taken are effective. Electromagnetic radiation, laser detection results far below the national standard. Conclusion The protective measures of occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective, but the control measures of occupational hazards such as noise and organic solvents should be strengthened.
