我国废牙膏皮等铝质软管的回收利用,过去一直沿用手工操作的直接重熔工艺。该工艺不仅金属回收率低(25%),而且烟气污染严重、劳动条件恶劣。本文介绍的新方法,从上料到压制成块六项作业全部实现了机械操作,铝的回收率几乎是老方法的2倍,污染问题基本得到解决。是迄今为止,在我国废铝软管回收利用生产中,技术和设备水平最高、经济效益最好的一种新工艺。
Our waste toothpaste and other aluminum tube recycling, in the past has been used by hand direct remelting process. The process not only low metal recovery rate (25%), but also flue gas pollution, poor working conditions. The new method introduced in this article, which consists of six operations from loading to pressing to complete the mechanical operation, is almost twice as efficient as the old one and the pollution problem has basically been solved. So far, in our country scrap aluminum hose recycling production, the highest level of technology and equipment, the best economic benefits of a new technology.
