我国废牙膏皮等铝质软管的回收利用,过去一直沿用手工操作的直接重熔工艺。该工艺不仅金属回收率低(25％),而且烟气污染严重、劳动条件恶劣。本文介绍的新方法,从上料到压制成块六项作业全部实现了机械操作,铝的回收率几乎是老方法的2倍,污染问题基本得到解决。是迄今为止,在我国废铝软管回收利用生产中,技术和设备水平最高、经济效益最好的一种新工艺。 Our waste toothpaste and other aluminum tube recycling, in the past has been used by hand direct remelting process.
