This study mainly discusses the relationship between the four personal characteristics (gender, marital status, age, education level) and the occupational orientation, job involvement, job satisfaction, and promotion prospects of information professionals. The results of this study can be used to recruit and select information professionals in China , Management, etc. to provide a reference.
