应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定25例原发性肾小球疾病患儿血清及尿液中的可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平,结果发现:急性期患儿血清及尿中S1L-2R水平均明显高于正常健康儿童(P<0.001),有非常显著意义。其结果可作为原发性肾小球疾病病情是否活动的指标。实验结果还发现,血清及尿中SIL-2R水平比较,两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。其中肾病(10例)SIL-2R水平高于肾炎(15例),但两者无显著差异。
Serum and urine soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) levels were measured in 25 children with primary glomerular disease by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that serum levels of SIL- The level of S1L-2R in urine was significantly higher than that in normal healthy children (P <0.001), which was of great significance. The results can be used as an indicator of whether the activity of primary glomerular disease activity. The experimental results also found that serum and urine SIL-2R levels, there was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05).
