[目的]研究微生物菌剂对快生菜穴盘种植产量和品质的影响。[方法]快生菜品种为小白菜(Brassica rapa L.chinensis Group.),共设2个处理,处理1为常规管理+微生物菌剂200倍稀释进行灌根,处理2为常规管理+与处理1同期等量清水灌根,即对照。[结果]施用微生物菌剂的快生菜平均增产量27 685.35 kg/hm2,带来的纯利润为42 770.7元/hm2,产投比为3.39∶1;可提高可溶性糖、叶绿素和VC含量,降低硝酸盐含量17.29%,显著改善快生菜品质。[结论]该研究可为设施栽培环境下微生物菌剂的大面积推广应用提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of microbial agents on the yield and quality of fast lettuce plug planting. [Method] The fast-growing cabbage was Brassica rapa L.chinensis Group. There were 2 treatments in total, 1 treatment was 200 times diluted with conventional management and microbial agent, and 2 treatments were normal management and 1 treatment The same amount of water irrigation root, that control. [Result] The average yield of fast lettuce was 27 685.35 kg / hm2, the net profit was 42 770.7 yuan / hm2 and the production / investment ratio was 3.39:1. The content of soluble sugar, chlorophyll and VC could be increased and decreased Nitrate content of 17.29%, significantly improve fast lettuce quality. [Conclusion] This study could provide a scientific basis for the popularization and application of microbial agents in facilities cultivation environment.
