球铁在力学性能上优于普通灰铸铁,已广泛应用于汽车业。采用计算机辅助金相检测的办法对球铁进行定量分析具有重大意义,由于其检测结果的精确性,从而能够促进建立材料的结构与性能的关系,科学地推动定量材料学的研究与发展。
Ductile iron is superior to ordinary gray cast iron in mechanical properties and has been widely used in the automotive industry. The quantitative analysis of ductile iron by means of computer-aided metallographic examination is of great significance. Due to the accuracy of the test results, the relationship between the structure and properties of the material can be promoted and the research and development of quantitative material science can be promoted scientifically.
