二、浸出 熟料经磨细加水浸出,是为了使熟料中的铝酸锂转为可溶性LiOH进入溶液中。然后再进行液固分离及残渣的洗涤,获得用于下一步制取产品的浸出液。十几年来在浸出生产工艺方面,通过生产实践和有关试验研究,主要是摸索了影响浸出的因素,选择了合适的技术条件,并在洗涤流程及所用设备方面进行了一些相应的改进。
