针对阶梯轴的车削加工,从挠曲线微分方程导出变截面简支梁的弯曲变形表达式,并以此计算阶梯轴的切削变形,通过变形量计算说明工艺参数选择的重要性。当阶梯轴的刚度较小时,按一般情况合理选择的工艺参数不能保证加工精度,此时从减小切削力的角度合理选择工艺参数,就减少了切削变形,从而保证加工精度。
For the turning of stepped shaft, the bending deformation of simply supported beam with variable cross section is deduced from the differential equation of deflection curve, and then the cutting deformation of stepped shaft is calculated. The importance of the selection of process parameters is illustrated through the calculation of deformation. When the stiffness of the ladder shaft is small, the process parameters that are reasonably selected according to the general conditions can not guarantee the machining accuracy. In this case, the reasonable selection of the process parameters from the point of reducing the cutting force reduces the cutting deformation and ensures the machining accuracy.
