中国船舶工业总公司系统科技情报交流网站是由总公司科技交流办公室负责的科技情报交流组织,于1977年成立。近十年来,经过不断总结经验,整顿、充实、健全组织,现已把总公司科技情报交流网站的队伍发展到24个专业网和九个地区站,包括了从产品(舰船、柴油机、导航仪表、水声蓄电池、电子计算机、阀门等)到工艺(机械加工、铸、锻、焊、金相热处理、除锈防腐、环保等)几乎总公司系统所有专业。实行网站结合,形成了专业齐全,上下左右脉络相通的科技情报交流体系。通过技术交流会、现场会、座谈会、技术攻关、调研、讲座、学习班、巡回报告等多种形式的活动,交流了情报,互通了信息,促进了科学技术进步和生产发展。科技交流办公室根据船舶工业科研、设计、生产的需要,近十年来组织各专业网举办了260多项各种形式的交流活动,有上万人次参加,交流技术情报资料4200余篇;举办讲座或学习班54期,有2645人次参加了学习;安排了30余次专业技术调研活动;出版了《水声资料汇编》、《锻造及加热炉节能新技术资料选编》等十余种资料以及许多网刊、网讯。科技交流办公室先后编辑出版《船舶科技交流通讯》和《科技信息》等刊物。总公司科技交流办公室在组织科技情报交流网站,开展科技情报交流活动中,取得了较好的效果,对推动船舶工业生产和科研的发展,促进技术进步起到了积极的作用。现将各网站的简介和近十年来开展科技情报交流活动取得的部分效果及体会在《科技信息》上分期选登,供参考。
