Objective To study the influence of pilot special groups on their children’s psychological behavior and temperament. Methods Child behavioral problems were investigated using Achenbach Child Behavior Scale (CBCL). Childhood temperament was measured using the NYLS 3-7 year old children scale. The collected data were analyzed byχ ~ 2 test and t test. Results The detection rate of pilots’ children behavior problems was significantly higher than that of control children (χ ~ 2 = 54.44, P <0.01). There were significant differences in behavioral factors among boys and girls with different genders (P <0.05). Pilots’ children were predominantly dystocia in temperament type, higher than non-pilot children (χ ~ 2 = 9.095, P <0.05). Conclusions Pilots’ children are more likely to have behavioral problems and personality psychology than their non-pilot children.
