本文就影响渗碳层深度测量误差的几个因素,作一些讨论。一试样的制备对渗碳层深度测量的影响 1 观察面与渗碳层深度的关系渗碳试样的截面,应垂直于渗碳层表面,并在距端面约渗碳层深度的3～5倍处截取。
In this paper, some factors that affect the depth measurement error of carburizing layer are discussed. A sample preparation on the depth of the carburized layer measurement 1 observation surface and the depth of the carburized layer carburizing cross-section of the specimen should be perpendicular to the carburized layer surface and about 3 ~ 5 times at the interception.
