棉花黄萎病(Verticillium dahliaeKleb.)在棉区的迅速扩大为害,已经威胁着棉花生产。为有效地控制和减轻病害,利用品种抗性乃是综合防治措施中极为重要的内容,因此,在筛选抗源、鉴定棉花品种资源和亲本材料时,设置人工病圃就显得非常重要,利用什么材料做为扩大繁殖对象菌系的营养基更是首先要考虑的内容,既要能使菌丝体迅速生长,又要让分生孢子和微菌核的生成量大。基于这种目的,试用了四种培养基物进行了对比试验。
