目的 探讨四肢骨关节骨折的ＣＴ 三维重建临床价值。方法 ３１ 例骨关节骨折病例做了螺旋ＣＴ 三维重建，分析图象表现，并与Ｘ 线平片对照。结果 ＣＴ三维重建能直观、立体、多角度准确显示骨折的部位、类型、严重程度及移位情况，明显优于Ｘ 线平片检查。结论 四肢骨关节骨折的ＣＴ 三维重建检查有很大的临床价值，能够对治疗方案的选择及患者预后的估计提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction of fractures of limbs and joints. Methods Thirty-one patients with osteoarthropathy underwent spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction, and the images were analyzed and compared with plain radiographs. Results CT three-dimensional reconstruction can be intuitive, three-dimensional, multi-angle accurately show the location of the fracture, type, severity and displacement, significantly better than X-ray examination. Conclusion CT three-dimensional reconstruction of fractures of limbs and joints have great clinical value, which can help to choose the treatment options and prognosis of patients.
