汞的极谱法测定已有报道,但需加入除氧剂消除氧的影响,而加入除氧剂后要扣除空白,使测量波高复杂化。为此本文对底液及测定条件重新作了选择。经试验发现,在0.68mol/L氢氧化钾-1.00mol/L碘化钾-6%无水亚硫酸钠-0.02%动物胶溶液中,波形良好,波高与浓度关系的线性范围为0.5—100毫克/25毫升。一、仪器与主要试剂 883型笔录式极谱仪,滴汞电极为阴极,铂电极(铂90%,铑10%)为阳极。
