档案部门对档案管理中应用的符号,早有接触和问津,并不陌生。但那多是由于工作需要而接触某一或某些种类的符号。对它缺乏从整体上的系统了解,特别是对它已初步形成的体系,更是缺乏足够的认识,使之成为档案学研究和档案工作实践中的一个薄弱课题和环节。本文试从整体上对这一问题谈点粗浅认识,以期推进对这个课题的讨论和研究。 Archives departments on the application of the file management symbols, contacts and have long been interested, is no stranger to. But that is more because of work needs and access to some or some kind of symbol. Lack of systematic understanding of the whole system, especially its initial formation of the system, but also the lack of adequate understanding of the archives to make it a research and archival work in practice a weak topic and links. This article tries to talk a little superficial understanding of this issue on the whole, with a view to promoting the discussion and research on this subject.
