近几年来,全国城市电视台自办频道收视率持续下降。然而,面对这一缺失,城市台的许多从业人员的思想认识还十分模糊。所以,只有分析问题,正视现实,树立经营频道理念,构筑地方特色频道,力促频道齐头并进,塑造频道品牌形象,拓展频道发展空间,才能提高城市台频道的收视率和市场份额。
In recent years, the ratings of self-owned channels in China’s urban television stations have continued to drop. However, in the face of this lack of awareness, many practitioners in Urban Taiwan are still very vague in their thinking. Therefore, we can only improve the audience rating and market share of the city channel by analyzing the problems, facing the reality, setting up the philosophy of managing channels, building the channels with local characteristics, urging the channels to go hand in hand, shaping the channel brand image and expanding the channel development space.
