采用一种基于小波数字滤波[1]的正交解调算法,用于三维形貌测试系统中的相位分布计算,文中考察了基于软件相移的相位计算[2][3],以及空域均值滤波和小波低通数字滤波的结果,得出由一副单帧变形光栅图可迅速、精确地重建物体的三维形貌,文中给出了计算机仿真和真实的螺旋浆叶片的实测结果。
