本文提出了用H_2—CO混合气体还原球团矿的一界面未反应核数学模型;在试验条件下求出了对钛磁铁矿中性焙烧球团矿,用混合气体还原时模型中有关参数计算的经验公式。模型计算值与实验结果得到了满意的吻合。论文对球团矿的界面化学活化能,球团内扩散活化能,以及球团矿还原速率的控制环节进行了分析和讨论。
In this paper, an interface nonreactive core mathematical model for reducing pellets with H 2 -CO mixed gas is proposed. Under the experimental conditions, the parameters of the model of neutral sintered romanite with titanium magnetite are obtained. Calculated empirical formula. The calculated values of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results. Papers on the chemical reaction of the pellet interface activation energy, diffusion activation energy within the pellet, as well as the pellet reduction rate control links were analyzed and discussed.
