目的探讨溴甲烷对高级中枢神经系统电生理学的影响。方法采用呼吸道吸入法制成家兔急性溴甲烷中毒模型,观察中毒后家兔脑电地形图各频段功率值的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,染毒兔的脑电活动明显抑制,脑波慢化且呈弥漫性。地形图表现为δ,θ频段功率值明显升高(P<0.01),而反映大脑皮层兴奋过程的β频段功率则明显降低(P<0.05),α频段染毒后功率无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论溴甲烷对中枢神经系统具有一定的毒性作用,可明显抑制大脑的生物电活动,从而影响脑的高级功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of methyl bromide on the electrophysiology of the senior central nervous system. Methods Acute methyl bromide poisoning model was made by inhalation of respiratory tract in rabbits. The changes of power values in different frequency bands of EEG topography of rabbits after poisoning were observed. Results Compared with the normal control group, the electroencephalogram (EEG) activity of the rabbits in the exposed group was significantly inhibited and the brain waves were slow and diffuse. Topography showed that the power of δ and θ bands were significantly increased (P <0.01), while the power of β-band reflecting the excitatory process of cerebral cortex was significantly decreased (P <0.05), while the power of α band was not obvious Change (P> 0.05). Conclusion Methyl bromide has some toxic effects on the central nervous system, which can significantly inhibit the bioelectric activity of the brain and thus affect the advanced functions of the brain.
