目的探讨联合时间-空间关联成像技术(STIC)、高分辨率血流成像技术(HDF)及高分辨率血流立体成像模式(HDlive)对胎儿双主动脉弓的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析8例胎儿双主动脉弓的超声心动图特征,用相关软件采集容积图像行后期分析处理;产前超声诊断结果与出生后超声心动图或CT血管三维重建对比。结果 STIC-HDF-HDlive成像共检出8例胎儿双主动脉弓(7例右弓优势型、1例左右弓平衡型),修正二维和彩色多普勒超声诊断结果2例。结论 STIC-HDF-HDlive成像更直观立体地显示主动脉弓及分支的空间位置关系,有助于提高胎儿双主动脉弓超声诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined STI, HDF and HDlive in the diagnosis of fetal dual aortic arch. Methods The echocardiographic features of 8 cases of fetal bifacial arch were retrospectively analyzed. The volume of the fetus was collected by software-related software. The results of prenatal ultrasound were compared with those of postnatal echocardiography or CT. Results Eight cases of fetal dual aortic arch (7 right circumflex dominance and 1 left / right bow balance) were detected by STIC-HDF-HDlive imaging and 2 cases were corrected by two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion STIC-HDF-HDlive imaging more intuitively and stereoscopically shows the spatial relationship between aortic arch and branch, which is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of fetal bifacial arch ultrasound.
