目的 :研究环境香烟烟雾 (ETS)对机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法 :建立 ETS染毒的动物模型 ,测定对照组、1h染毒组和 2 h染毒组大鼠的血液和脏器的脂质过氧化水平及抗氧化能力。结果 大鼠连续染毒 6周后 ,血清、肝、肾和卵巢等脏器 L PO含量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清、脾和脑超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;但肝肾和卵巢的 SOD活性较对照组低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;肝和脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH - Px)活性显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;肺组织中的 L PO含量及 SOD活性未见明显改变。结论 ETS可造成大鼠血液、肝、脾、肾、脑及卵巢等脏器的脂质过氧化损伤
Objective: To study the effect of environmental cigarette smoke (ETS) on the antioxidant capacity of the body. Methods: The animal model of ETS exposure was established. The levels of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation in blood and viscera of rats in control group, 1h and 2h groups were determined. Results After six weeks of continuous exposure in rats, the levels of L PO in serum, liver, kidney and ovary were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The serum, spleen and brain superoxide dismutase (SOD) (P <0.05), but the activities of SOD in liver, kidney and ovary were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH - Px ) Activity was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant change in L PO content and SOD activity in the lung tissue. Conclusion ETS can cause lipid peroxidation injury in organs such as blood, liver, spleen, kidney, brain and ovary in rats
