神朔铁路是我国“八五”计划重点建设项目之一,是神华集团以能源为主业,集煤矿、电厂、铁路、港口、航运、煤制油和煤化工为一体系统工程的重要组成部分,是我国继大秦铁路之后第二条西煤东运大通道,承担着神华自产煤炭和部分地方煤炭的外运任务。(一)线路状况神朔铁路正线全长270公里,西起陕西省神木县大柳塔镇,北与包神铁路相连,南与神延铁路相接,东至山西省朔州市,与北同蒲线接轨,在神池南站与朔黄线相连。全线共19个车站,桥梁249座,隧道61座,涵渠743座,桥隧涵占线路总长的22.28%。途经陕西、山西两省的八个县市,其中陕西境内100公里,山西境内170公里。神朔铁路为国家Ⅰ级电气化重载铁路,最小曲线半径为400米,最大限制坡度12‰。
Shen-Shuo Railway is one of the key construction projects of “85” program in China. It is an important project of Shenhua Group that takes energy as its main business and integrates coal mines, power plants, railways, ports, shipping, coal liquefaction and coal chemical industry. It is the second major channel of western coal eastward transportation after Daqin Railway in our country, undertaking the task of Sinotrans produced by Shenhua and some local coal. (1) Route Status The main line of Shen-Shuo Railway is 270 kilometers in length. It runs west from Daliuta Town, Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province. It is connected to Baoshen Railway to the north and Shenyan Railway to the south. It borders Shuozhou City in Shanxi Province to the north, With Pu bus line, the South Station in Shenchi and Shuo Huang line connected. A total of 19 stations across the board, 249 bridges, 61 tunnels, 743 culverts, bridges and tunnels account for 22.28% of the total length of the line. Through the Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces and eight counties, of which 100 km in Shaanxi Province, 170 km in Shanxi Province. Shenshuo railway is a national grade Ⅰ electrified heavy haul railway with a minimum radius of 400 meters and a maximum limit of 12 ‰.
