海运市场竞争程度加深,海运企业的信用销售比例也不断上升,由此而产生的信用风险也越来越高。本文通过对海运企业信用风险进行阐述,分别对信用规模风险、流动性风险和坏账风险这三个主要风险类型作了描述,分析了信用风险产生的五个主要原因,即盲目崇拜市场占有率、重利润而轻风险、过度纵容客户、信用管理制度不健全和组织结构不完善。通过分析,本文还从重建企业信用文化、强化海运业务流程创新、健全信用风险管理组织机构和开发企业信用风险管理信息系统几方面,提出加强海运企业信用风险管理的设想。
The degree of competition in the maritime transport market is deepening, and the proportion of credit sales of maritime transport companies is also on the rise. As a result, the credit risk is also getting higher and higher. This paper describes the credit risk of shipping companies, describes the three major risk types of credit risk, liquidity risk and bad debt risk respectively. It analyzes the five main causes of credit risk, namely blind worship of market share, Heavy profits and light risks, excessive indulgence of customers, credit management system is not perfect and the organizational structure is not perfect. Through the analysis, this article also put forward the idea of strengthening the credit risk management of maritime transport enterprises from the aspects of rebuilding corporate credit culture, strengthening the innovation of maritime business process, perfecting credit risk management organization and developing enterprise credit risk management information system.
