目的探讨应付方式对大学生心理健康的作用强度和方式。方法用应付方式问卷和自我和谐量表对716名大学生进行测试,进行回归分析。结果各应付方式与心理健康间及各应付方式间呈现显著相关;除解决问题和求助外,不同应付方式进入相应性别、住址、年级组的回归方程。结论大学生的应付方式呈两极化的特点且以复杂的应付策略表现出来;自责、幻想对大学生的心理健康影响显著;不同应付方式分别不同程度地影响不同性别、住址、年级大学生的心理健康。
Objective To explore the effect of coping styles on the mental health of college students. Methods A total of 716 undergraduates were tested with coping style questionnaire and self-consistency scale, and regression analysis was conducted. Results There were significant correlations between coping styles and mental health and coping styles. In addition to solving the problems and asking for help, different coping styles entered the corresponding regression equations of gender, address and grade group. Conclusions The coping style of college students shows the characteristics of bipolarity and is manifested by the complex coping strategies. The self-blame and illusion have a significant impact on the mental health of college students. Different coping styles affect the mental health of college students of different sexes, addresses and grades, respectively.
