一、问题的提出从对海上建筑物的施工实践中,人们早已注意到下面的事实,即堤前波动对堤面的影响是不可忽视的。例如,当设计防波堤时必须考虑由堤前的波动而导致的水面升高,不然的话,就会造成人民生命财产不可想象的重大损失或者在建筑时人力、物力的巨大浪费。那么上述堤前波动的这种自然现象与堤前入射波的关系又是怎样呢?人们以往又是如何讨论的呢?
First, the issue raised From the construction of offshore structures in practice, people have long been aware of the fact that the embankment before the dike fluctuations can not be ignored. Otherwise, unimaginable heavy losses of people’s lives and property, or huge waste of manpower and material resources during construction, will be caused.
