为了适应广大农村开展计划生育工作的需要,我们使用负压瓶进行早期妊娠人工流产手术。目前我院已做376例,取得了满意的效果。一、负压瓶的制作方法凡是具有一个橡皮塞的500毫升大口瓶,都可用来做负压瓶。瓶塞中央插入一根日径7～8毫米、长10～12厘米的金属或玻璃管,管上接连同样口径长40厘米的较硬质的橡皮管一根,皮管上还应装置一玻璃接头。此瓶即可作为吸宫时的负压瓶(见图)。
