采用随机双盲对照法观察了红景天胶囊与绞股蓝胶囊治疗中医虚证１６０例（气血两虚及脾肾两虚）的临床疗效，结果表明：红景天胶囊治疗组显效率为５４％，总有效率为８７％，与绞股蓝胶囊对照组比较，其疗效有高度统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。红景天胶囊有确切的升高血红蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶及皮质醇的作用，同时能降低过氧化脂质，表明该药物具有益气生血、保护细胞免受损伤、延缓和防止细胞衰老的作用。
Randomized double-blind comparison method was used to observe the clinical efficacy of Rhodiola capsules and Gynostemma capsules in the treatment of 160 cases of TCM deficiency syndrome (deficiency of qi and blood and deficiency of spleen and kidney). The results showed that the effective rate of Rhodiola capsules treatment group was 54%. The total effective rate was 87%. Compared with the control group of Gynostemma Capsule, the curative effect was highly statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Rhodiola capsules have the exact effect of increasing hemoglobin, high-density lipoprotein, superoxide dismutase, and cortisol, and at the same time can reduce lipid peroxidation, indicating that the drug has blood-promoting and protecting cells from injury and delays.
