本文对从化市山区城镇中小学进行了包括教师对现职业的感受、评价和重新择业的意向为内容的调查研究，并据调查结果作出分析并提出对策。
This paper conducted a survey on the content of teachers' perceptions, evaluations and re-employment of teachers in vocational schools in the urban primary and secondary schools in Conghua City, and analyzed and put forward countermeasures based on the survey results.
