将增白剂的凹凸棒土、沸石粉和增艳物质的加丽红素、增艳1号、EM菌和螺旋藻作为饲料色素物质添加到锦鲤饲料中,进行99 d的养殖试验,探讨增艳物质对锦鲤生长的影响。试验选取初质量为(18.04±10.92)g的600尾锦鲤,随机分为10个组,每组3个重复,每重复20尾鱼,每组随机投喂1种试验饲料,进行99 d的养殖试验。试验结果表明:各试验组间锦鲤的特定生长率、饲料系数和增重率差异极显著。螺旋藻凹凸棒土组特定生长率和增重率最高,饲料系数最低。饲料色素物质对锦鲤肥满度、脏体比和肝体比无显著影响,但对体质量/体长有显著影响,凹凸棒土螺旋藻组体质量/体长最大。饲料中色素物质的添加对锦鲤血清血糖、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酐、胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和全血血红蛋白含量无显著影响。结果表明:凹凸棒土添加量为4%与螺旋藻添加量为7.5%的组合有利于锦鲤的生长;其他增艳物质对锦鲤的生长无影响;作为增白剂,凹凸棒土可以替代沸石粉。
