对镓(Ⅲ)-芦丁体系在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安法作了研究,确定了电极过程。在pH5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲底液中用该体系的 1.5阶微分吸咐伏安法测定镓,其线性范围是 1×10-10~1× 10-7mol/ L;检测限为7.5 × 10-11mol/L。用此法测定了粮食中的镓。
Adsorption voltammetry of Gallium (Ⅲ) - rutin system on the hanging mercury electrode was studied to determine the electrode process. The 1.5-fold differential voltammetric determination of gallium in HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 5.0 showed a linear range of 1 × 10-10 ~ 1 × 10-7mol / L. The detection limit was 7.5 × 10-11 mol / L. This method was used to determine the gallium in grain.
