目的探讨兔视神经损伤后视网膜一氧化氮含量变化。方法取健康大白兔24只,随机分为二组,对照组A组4只,损伤组B组20只,B组兔子双眼作视神经损伤模型后,分别于造模后第一、三、七、十四、二十一天随机处死4只兔子,造模后第一天处死A组4只兔子。检测视网膜一氧化氮含量及凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞数。结果视神经损伤后一氧化氮含量增高,凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞数增多,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NO在视神经损害过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of nitric oxide in retina after optic nerve injury in rabbits. Methods Twenty-four healthy rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: control group A, n = 4, injury group B, n = 20, and group B rabbits as optic nerve injury model respectively. After the first, third, On the 14th and 21st days, 4 rabbits were randomly sacrificed and 4 rabbits in group A were sacrificed on the first day after modeling. Retinal nitric oxide levels and apoptotic retinal ganglion cells were detected. Results After optic nerve injury, the content of nitric oxide increased and the number of apoptotic retinal ganglion cells increased. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion NO plays an important role in the process of optic nerve damage.
